A bespoke week long retreat in a beautiful sunshine location among the olive and fruit trees of the rolling Tuscan hills, with plenty of space for you to rebalance, re-energise and discover yourself. Learn or deepen your yoga practice in a intimate environment with quality, personalised coaching.
YOGA PROGRAMME
Every morning we will have a two and a half-hour Vinyasa yoga practice focusing every day on a specific chakra, starting from the Root Chakra (Muladhara) to the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). The yoga practice will also include meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra.
We will explore the basics of Partner Yoga and Acro Yoga during one afternoon around the pool. We will also have the honour to spend some time with the Master Yogi Somadeva from the Gitananda Ashram that will join us to share his deep learnings and wisdom. You can also use the Yoga Shala during the free time for your own practice.
Originating in the ancient Hindu texts known as The Vedas the chakra system is at the core of yoga practice. Chakra opening and balancing help to bring more harmony to your body, your mind and your soul and help you explore your connection with the universe.
