I organise yoga retreats in beautiful locations centred around yoga practice and awakening the senses to enjoy the beauty and wonder of our planet.
My teaching style is intended to encourage, support and help you grow and gain the most benefit from longer periods of practice. I hope that by coming together as a group to practice and learn we can all make a small step along our personal journey.
Retreats include a rich mix of activities which can include horse riding, skiing, diving, kayaking, mountain biking, massage, meditation, local cookery lessons, painting, wine and food tasting as well as visits to local cultural sites.
