Whether standing on the feet, hands, head or any other part of the body, balance can be one of the most challenging aspects of practice. In this workshop, you will learn methods of finding balance in an unstable world. You will find many parallels between the techniques used for physically balancing in our body and in finding balance in our life.
This workshop will improve your balance through of an array of asanas including standing, arm balancing poses and inversions. The practice will be playful, fun and challenging. You will have a blast while learning a variety of techniques and variations. Whether you have been playing around with Bakasana (Crow Pose) or want to learn how to float into an inversion, there will be something for you! By improving your balance on the mat you might improve your balance in life.
Some yoga experience is required for this workshop.
