is the best and most time tested path to physical and mental well-being known to mankind. While some people think of yoga simply as physical exercise, it is actually a complete system for overall health and well-being. It includes everything: from physical postures, personal hygiene, and a healthy diet to premeditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques. The most advanced forms of meditation and self-realisation are also part of yoga. Yoga in Sanskrit means UNION...union between the body, the mind, the soul ....the Universal Energy. We are all ONE.
Every morning, before breakfast, a 2-hour Vinyasa Yoga master class will be offered to you to strength and stretch the body, together with meditation or relaxation to soothe the mind. Every day the practice will focus on a different chakra allowing yourself to find the balance inside your body and into your life!
Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized with the movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an in-hale or an ex-hale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
This style allows for a lot of variety, but will almost certainly include Sun Salutations. Expect movement, not just stretching. Whether the class is fast or slow includes chanting. Some much known yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, make use of the Vinyasa method.
The yoga practice will be done outside at the pool and in a dedicated room for more privacy following the type of exercises and the weather.
