The YOGA programme with Anna and Pradeep
Yoga is the best and most time tested path to physical and mental well-being known to mankind. It is a complete system for overall health and well-being. It includes everything: from physical postures, personal hygiene, and a healthy diet to meditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
Every morning and every afternoon, a 2 and half hour Vinyasa Yoga master class will be offered to you by Anna and Pradeep to strengthen and stretch the body, together with chanting, meditation or relaxation to soothe the mind. Some practices will finish with Yoga Nidra.
The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized with the movement.” In other words, Anna and Pradeep will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an in-hale or an ex-hale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Go with the flow and feel the LOVE !
The yoga practice will be done outside at the pool and in a dedicated room for more privacy following the type of exercises and the weather.

During the free time you have access to the spa with all massage and treatments, you can enjoy a horse-riding walk in the hills, maybe play tennis or visit the cities close by as Parma or Bologna.
