Among the green hills... in the province of Parma, Tabiano Castle dates back to the 11th century and was built on the ruins of an old Roman settlement. It was the military stronghold of the Pallavicino family, one of the most powerful families of the era, which dominated this strategic area during the centuries of struggle between the Imperial and Vatican forces.
You will enjoy the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Antico Borgo di Tabiano Castello: a cosy Resort de Charme with rooms between the old guard tower and the original main residence, each offering magnificent views of the countryside and the wide plains of the River Po, and each one individually and tastefully furnished, with great attention paid to every detail.

Every morning, before breakfast, a 2-hour Vinyasa Yoga master class will be offered to you to strength and stretch the body, together with meditation or relaxation to soothe the mind. Every day the practice will focus on a different chakra allowing yourself to find the balance inside your body and into your life!
