This workshop is for anyone starting yoga or wanting to deepen their knowledge of the science of Breath - Pranayama, combined with the yoga poses - Asanas, creating breath-synchronised with the movement - Flow. You might be a beginner or a more advanced yoga practitioner.
Yoga breathing or Pranayama consists of series of exercises especially intended to meet the body's needs and keep it in vibrant health. Ideally, this practice of opening up the inner life force is not merely to take healthy deep breaths. It is intended for yoga practitioners to help and prepare them to meditate.
Pranayama relaxes and heals your body and mind to allow you to continue on your spiritual journey.
We will practice step by step sun salutations and other yoga poses linked with conscious breathing.
