In this workshop we focus on physical postures (Asanas, series of movements twists and forward bends) and breathing exercises (Pranayamas) which activate and purify the digestive body system. We cleanse the inner organs: the stomach, liver, intestines, spleen, and kidneys. These organs are vital in our digestive and immune system. Through yoga twists you increase metabolic activity and massage internal organs which allows for cleansing and the release of toxins.
