I organise workshops for companies, institutions, private groups and individuals to teach and share the benefits, knowledge and practice of yoga. These are customised and may be one three-hour session or a series of practices scheduled over a longer period.
I provide periodic workshops that are open to all and I help participants by teaching them to : - Practice asanas with hands on adjustments - Learn more about philosophy and spirituality - Nourish consciousness through breathing exercises, meditation and deep relaxation
I work with companies and institutions to fully understand their needs and complement their well-being programs.
