Partner Yoga workshop is a joyful practice of geometries, partner acrobatics and deep relaxation. The practice allows two or more people to share weight, balance, and support each other in a yoga flow. An empowering part of the practice involves one partner as the base is “flying” the other in safely supported asanas and inversions.
